Aquatint

Aquatint was also really great. I had to rework this plate a few times though. It's aquatint plus drypoint.

I loved working with hardground. The most beautiful marks can be made!

Sculpture disaster

Working on my self-portrait in Fine Art class and the hair was too heavy and I didn't support the back, so the neck snapped. I had to scrap most of her face because there were too many cracks and parts were getting saggy.

Mother bird

Found her feeding her chicks in the bougainvillea by my front door. I had to pretend that I didn't see her or else she would fly away. When I came back from holiday she was gone and so were the chicks but the nest remains.
